About

Freya McKee is an independent London based designer who works with a small team to create handmade slow fashion pieces. Specialising in knitwear on a made to order basis/that is fully fashioned to eliminate any waste yarns and products. Freya also creates a line of one of one pieces made from second hand sourced yarns to create one off creations allowing people to own special and personalised pieces.

Shipping

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be in the address for the estimated turnaround. It makes it very difficult to change addresses after the order has been placed as shipping preparation begins immediately.

UK: All UK pieces are sent second class tracked Royal Mail. Once purchasing if your item is a made to order piece please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent. Please contact freyamckeebusiness@gmail.com if you have any issues with your shipping.

International: All International pieces are sent International class tracked Royal Mail. Once purchasing if your item is a made to order piece please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. Then allow 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive if you are international. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent. Freya McKee is not responsible for COD/custom charges so please take this into consideration when ordering. Please contact freyamckeebusiness@gmail.com if you have any issues with your shipping.

Refunds / Exchange Policy

All pieces are made to order/limited run and therefore cannot be canceled, returned and or exchanged. Freya McKee does not overproduce and therefore does not have a surplus of stock to offer exchanges.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order.

If your item arrives faulty/damaged please report this within one week of receiving the piece, providing photo evidence to freyamckeebusiness@gmail.com.
