Shipping

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be in the address for the estimated turnaround. It makes it very difficult to change addresses after the order has been placed as shipping preparation begins immediately.

UK: All UK pieces are sent second class tracked Royal Mail. Once purchasing if your item is a made to order piece please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent.

International: All International pieces are sent International class tracked Royal Mail. Once purchasing if your item is a made to order piece please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. Then allow 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive if you are international. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent. McKee London is not responsible for COD/custom charges so please take this into consideration when ordering.

Refunds / Exchange Policy

All pieces are made to order/limited run and therefore cannot be canceled, returned and or exchanged. McKee London does not overproduce and therefore does not have a surplus of stock to offer exchanges.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order.
